Core Exercises For Men
It was just after new years and I realized I was starting to let myself go. My weight was creeping up towards the top of the “normal” level that I had enjoyed all my life and hitting the bottom of “overweight”. Man, what a bummer.
I decided that I had to take things into my own hands and look for something to help me get back in shape. I wanted a good healthy diet program along with some core exercises for men. I had heard that the core was one of the most important parts of our body to increase strength in because it effects everything else. Sports performance, injury prevention and of course… developing the core creates that awesome, killer six pack abs look and a lean body – and that translates into more confidence… I don’t have to tell you what a tremendous effect that can have on all aspects of your life.
So I did some reading… found out about the latest fad diets, supplements and exercise routines that everyone was talking about. And let me tell you, there is a lot of conflicting information out there. I never realized just how much I was going to learn and that a lot of the training programs out there just pure garbage.
